E-Prescribing (eRx) Stage 1 Objective: §495.6(d)(4)(i) - Generate and transmit permissible prescriptions electronically (eRx). Stage 1 Measure: §495.6(d)(4)(ii) - More than 40% of all permissible prescriptions written by the EP are transmitted electronically using certified EHR technology. §495.6(d)(4)(iii) - Exclusion: Any EP who writes fewer than 100 prescriptions during the EHR reporting period.
